Account access

You can sign in with Apple or Google. If you cannot access your account, contact Taowao Support.

Report a listing or user

Open the listing or profile, tap the menu button, and choose Report. You can also block a user to prevent further contact.

Delete your account

1. Open Profile in the Taowao app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Account Actions, select Delete Account and confirm.
